A young nurse called Ana arrives at a small village where she is supposed to take care of a woman in a coma, Sara. Her husband, Augustin, picks her up and takes her to the mansion where Sara is, while explaining her what happen to his wife. But Ana’s job as a care provider soon presents itself with unexpected and mysterious challenges. 　　Another brilliant giallo thriller from director Francesco Barilli, whose THE PERFUME OF THE LADY IN BLACK was one of the genre's most haunting and original films. This Italian-Spanish follow-up is a bit muddled, but no less engrossing.
　　Set in a family hotel in Northern Italy in 1945, the film concerns Rosa (Leonora Fani), who helps her mother run the hotel while awaiting her soldier father's return from the front. In a Barilli film, nothing is as it seems, and before long Mom (who is sleeping with a traitor she's hidden in the attic) is murdered. Then poor Rosa is raped by two of the guests, who also are murdered, and while she's hiding the bodies she is forced into an orgy by all of the other guests. But before the guests get to far a mysterious man enters all shots the guests. Who is this mysterious man and what are his intentions for Rosa?
　　Like all the best gialli, Pensione Paura completely dispenses with logic early on, elevating weirdness to nearly operatic levels while absorbing the viewer in a thick and spellbinding atmosphere of mounting dread. Francisco Rabal co-stars with Luc Merenda, Lidia Biondi, and Jose Maria Prada.

　　When a lost traveler on Halloween night comes across an isolated rural gas station, she thinks she's found her way home. Unbeknownst to her, the eerie gas station is the residence of a family of degenerate, devilish creatures.

　　故事发生在第一次世界大战期间，英国联军和德军之间的战况日渐白热化，每天都有无数的士兵们含恨死去，年仅十六岁的莎士比亚（杰米·贝尔 Jamie Bell 饰）亦参与了这场战争，战场上伤痕累累的惨状给他的心灵蒙上了厚厚的阴影。

　　故事的主人公是一个魔术师，他经常在现场邀请嘉宾与他一起表演看起来很恐怖的魔术，像是把剑穿过嘉宾的身体等等。不过更恐怖的还在后头，那些参与过这种表演的嘉宾，后来都一一死去，死法就跟魔术师曾经表演的一模一样……
